GENERAL NOTICE
Magna Water District is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Haynes Well #8 Drilling
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Magna Water District located at 8885 W 3500 S , Magna, Utah, 84044 until Monday, March 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Alternatively, bids may be mailed to 8885 W 3500 S , Magna, Utah, 84044. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Work generally consists of drilling a 18" replacement well to 400 feet and abandoning the existing well..
OBTAINING THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS

Prospective Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in .PDF format from the Issuing Office upon contacting Mark Chandler, P.E. or Jordan DeMann, P.E. at [email protected] or [email protected] or by phone at (801) 359-5565. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Magna Water District Office, 8885 W 3500 S , Magna, Utah, 84044. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
