MWD Magna Demonstration Garden Advertisement for Bids

MAGNA WATER DISTRICT (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: MAGNA DEMONSTRATION GARDEN
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Magna Water District located at 8885 West 3500 South, Magna, Utah, until Wednesday, September 02, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of the existing demonstration garden, and includes new plant materials, informational signs, and preparation for new garden structures. The updated space will be a public amenity and a garden space for the Magna Water District staff. The Work will generally include the following elements:
- Removal and replacement of plant materials
- Irrigation adjustments
- Signage installation
- Preparation for new structure installation

OBTAINING BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Bidding Documents may be obtained by email from Trevor Andra at [email protected] Prospective bidders should still notify Trevor Andra that they are a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website, https://www.magnawaterut.gov/procurement- projects, will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at the Magna Water District office; 8885 West 3500 South, Magna Utah 84044.
