TRUSTEE ELECTION
Pursuant to Utah Code §20A-5a-211 notice is hereby given that Magna Water District will be holding an election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to fill two (2) Board member positions for a 4-year term. REQUEST FOR ELECTION POLL WORKERS
Magna Water District will be holding an election in November 2026 for the office of Trustee. We are in need of six (6) individuals to assist on election day, November 3, 2026, as poll workers, for in person voting locations, and two (2) individuals to assist with tabulating incoming votes the same day.
The in person voting locations will be West Valley City Hall, located at 3600 Constitution Blvd, West Valley City, and the Magna Library, located at 2675 S 8950 W, Magna, and the tabulation of the votes will be done at Magna Water District’s general office located at 8885 W 3500 S, Magna.
The poll workers are expected to be at the polling locations beginning 6:30 am to assist with setting up the area and remain at the polling location until voting ends at 8:00 pm - 8:30 pm. A Poll Worker must be a registered voter. The poll worker cannot be a parent, sibling, spouse, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughter-in-law, or son-in-law to any candidate on the ballot. The individuals assisting with tabulating incoming votes, are expected to assist from 10:00 am till all counts are completed and reconciled.
